A Trip to Barcelona P1: Cuul Kid x Morfosia Pop Up

A Trip to Barcelona P1: Cuul Kid x Morfosia Pop Up

Saturday 9 am in Barcelona, and after days of non-stop rain, the sun is finally out, just in time for our first pop up in Barcelona!

Hosted by Cuul Kid in the FX Barcelona Film School, the event brought together an inspiring community of emerging designers, fashion enthusiasts, and creatives, all celebrating originality and craftsmanship.

We both travelled to Barcelona to attend the event: Eva coming from Madrid and I (Sofia), from Copenhagen

From the early morning setup at 10 am to the final moments at 9 pm, there was an amazing atmosphere; filled with collaboration and #passionforfashion. The attention to detail in the event’s curation was obvious with each stall showcasing incredible talent, from unique designs to carefully curated vintage collections.

Experiencing Barcelona’s emerging fashion scene first-hand provided invaluable insight into the industry, one that oozes confidence, creativity and celebration of individuality. It further proved to me how truly powerful fashion, styling and accessorising is as a medium of self-expression. Fashion is more than clothing; it’s storytelling, a reflection of who we are and how we see the world.

Some of my personal favourite stalls included that of Laia Ossorio (@laiaossorio), whose handcrafted jewellery exemplifies artistry and quality, and the impressive curated selection of high end vintage pieces from the Winner Circle Collective (@winnercircle.co).

The DJ set, vibrant crowd, drinks outside, warm hospitality of staff topped off with the delicious burgers from Deleito, made the pop up experience even more exciting.

Sharing this moment with colleagues  and friends, added to the sense of accomplishment and, most importantly, community. Reuniting with Eva in person was particularly meaningful especially since we both travelled to Barcelona from other cities, Eva, Madrid and myself from Copenhagen to attend. Her creativity continues to inspire me, and it was amazing to host this together. She’s an amazing boss :)

Morfosia invests and believes in high-quality local craftsmanship, sustainability, and innovative design that holds both style and practicality. Participating in this pop-up reaffirmed our commitment to these values and our excitement for what lies ahead. We are incredibly grateful for the support and enthusiasm from everyone who attended and contributed to making this event a success.

This is the beginning for Morfosia, and we look forward to future opportunities to connect, collaborate, and showcase our evolving brand. Thank you to everyone who made this experience possible!
