We offer shipping within the EU.

Dispatch times

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase.

For items labelled as ‘pre-order,’ shipping will occur within 2 to 3 weeks. 

Please note, we are not responsible for any delays caused by courier transit times. 

EU Shipments

Standard shipping days apply - usually around 3 to 7 days after the order being processed (might differ depending on destination). 

Shipping within Spain - usually around 1 to 3 days after the order being processed.

Pickup Option

For customers in Madrid, we offer a pickup option. Your order will be ready for collection within 24 hours of purchase. You can contact us at morfosia1@gmail.com to arrange. 

Shipping Terms of Service

Morfosia is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to parcels once handed to our couriers.

If you suspect your parcel is lost, please contact the courier service directly or email us at morfosia1@gmail.com for assistance. 

Address Changes 

If you realise you have entered the wrong address at checkout, please contact us immediately at morfosia1@gmail.com with the subject line ‘Order Address Incorrect’. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will update the address for you. Unfortunately, once an item has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
