A Trip To Barcelona P2: Morfosia & Marca Elise Photoshoot

There’s something truly special about witnessing creative minds come together, and our recent photoshoot with Marca Elise (@marcaelise) was a perfect example of that magic in action. 

Watching Eva and Elise bring their creative visions to life; styling different looks, perfecting poses, and curating each shot was so exciting to be a part of. Every detail was carefully considered, reflecting their deep love for design and their commitment to craftsmanship. Elise’s handmade pieces and Eva’s thoughtfully designed accessories are statements of  stylish intention, yet being wearable items at the same time.

This photoshoot together felt more than just capturing beautiful images, it was about celebrating a new wave of fashion. One that moves away from the excess of fast fashion and instead embraces high quality, versatile pieces that allow for creative self-expression. The Mevanou Top from Marca Elise, for example, can be styled in more than eight different ways, while the Morfosia Amalia Set offers over seven unique styling possibilities. These are not just garments; they are investments in a wardrobe that is both stylish and sustainable.

Being part of this shoot was so exciting and rewarding. Best thing was, it was very spontaneously organised! Elise and Sally came to visit us at our stand at the Cuul Kid pop up the day prior, and after chatting a bit, we decided on the spot to take these pics the following day.  

It was a rainy afternoon in the city center of Barcelona and, in between shots, we blasted reggaeton while indulging in some brownies. Name a better Sunday plan!?

The idea was to publish the pictures taken with a camera, but somehow we ended up preferring the phone pics ones. What do you think of them? :)

Our model, Emeline, brought a great energy to the set, effortlessly posing and embodying the essence of both brands. Elise, the creative force behind Marca Elise, is a brilliant creator of designs that celebrate a woman's femininity while Sally, her right hand, has a fantastic eye for styling and creative direction, which aligns with her bubbly personality.

It was inspiring to gain insight into the behind the scenes process of a photoshoot; especially one for independent, forward-thinking brands like Morfosia and Marca Elise, that both hold such strong own identities; together, compliment each other very well.

This experience, personally and professionally, reinforced how fashion should be intentional, versatile and personal. Creating a capsule wardrobe with a touch of individuality has never been easier with brands like Morfosia and Marca Elise, and we’re so excited to continue sharing that vision with you.
